This is a quick note to thank you for the flawless experience my mother and I had at your hospital yesterday for getting her ECG and Echo Cardiogram and consultation with Dr. Nikhil Kumar. Thanks for your outstanding and warm support for fixing up everything on phone which was so crucial considering my mothers age and weakness. The Customer Care Associate Shivam Makkar who received us and escorted us throughout our time at Fortis was simply outstanding – he was warm, efficient and courteous and ensured we were always attended to on time. Dr. Nikhil Kumar was also awesome and I will surely consult him for myself also!
Being from hospitality I thought it important to give you this feedback because guests publicise mostly negative feedback and reserve the positive experiences to themselves!
