We provide our patients and their families with qualified interpreters for languages other than English and for Sign Language (ASL). You may request for an interpreter before you visit the institute. In case of you need him or her while you’re in hospital, you can put your request to the nurse or contact our travel desk. The whole purpose is to enable effective communication between the patient/caretaker and caregiver which eventually leads to desired outcomes.
We have interpreters available 24 hours a day. The interpreter on-call can also help locate interpreters in other languages to help in person or via a three-way phone conference.
