Hepatitis means inflammation of the liver. It may occur without symptoms, although jaundice is the major manifestation of hepatitis. In jaundice, the serum bilirubin (liver enzyme) level increases beyond 2 mg % causing yellow discolouration of the skin, mucus membrane and conjunctiva of eyes along with decreased appetite, fatigue and weakness.
An ovarian cyst is a fluid-filled sac or cyst developed on one of the ovaries. Most women get at least one pus-filled cyst during their life. Some cysts do not pain, neither do they show any symptom. It is pretty common for a woman to be suffering from ovarian cyst without even realizing.
The ovary is one of the important parts of the female reproductive mechanism. There are two ovaries in the women’s body. Located on both sides of the uterus, ovaries are responsible for producing eggs and hormones such as estrogen and progesterone.
Menopause is final cessation or stoppage of periods/menstruation for 1 year and usually happens in women in their late forties or early fifties(45-52 years of age). Any episode of vaginal bleeding after menopause is called postmenopausal bleeding (whether just spotting or heavy period like bleeding).
