Urvashi Pawar completed her post graduation from the Anna Freud Centre, UCL, London in Psychoanalytic Developmental Psychology after her post graduation in Clinical Psychology from Delhi University. She is a member of the Delhi Chapter of the Indian Psychoanalytical Society.

She works with adolescents and adults as well as couples with depth-oriented and insight-focused psychodynamic psychotherapy. Before shifting back to India, she had been working at the Cassel Hospital, a residential NHS hospital in the UK.
